Daphnia are a great source of protein, vitamins, antioxidants, and fatty acids. They contain vitamins A and D, which are essential for fish growth, bone production, and fighting infections. They also contain vitamins B and C, which help with tissue growth, appetite, and coloration. Great at triggering the natural hunting instinct of fish. Please note that our Culture Starter is a ready to go special mix of everything to get you on your way to a successful Daphnia Culture. It includes nutrient rich sediment, Daphnia Eggs and Very Young Daphnia. It does not contain adult Daphnia, and is not suitable as a out of the bag fish feed.
